Terms and Conditions
Please read carefully and complete the form below.
To obtain a creative and interpretative photographic documentation of the wedding ceremony and reception, the couple hereby commissions photographer Daniele Zanin to carry out their wedding photo service. The couple entrusts Daniele with full creative and compositional freedom, having already appreciated his previous work.
The photo service will reflect certain characteristics agreed upon by both parties, such as the number of photos, file sizes, special instructions, and the type of album and/or products included.
It is understood that the photographer’s travel will cover the necessary movements for the day as planned.
The shooting time will be as previously agreed.
It must also be specified whether Daniele Zanin and his assistant will be attending the reception/lunch as guests or not.
An extra fee will apply if the shooting exceeds the agreed duration.
The final selection of the album and/or the addition of other products can be made later; the difference will be calculated according to the current price list.
According to Italian law, the original image files and/or any master material remain the joint property of the photographer, who will securely store them at his studio.
The photographer commits to safeguarding all materials in compliance with data protection laws (EU Regulation GDPR no. 679/2016).
The copyright of the photographs remains with the photographer, who retains the exclusive right to print the images.
Since Daniele Zanin wishes to maintain full control over the quality, finish, and presentation of the images, please understand that unauthorized reproduction or alterations could result in a quality loss and could negatively impact his professional reputation.
Payment Terms
The total amount is divided into three payments:
- 30% upon signing the contract, as a non-refundable booking fee (caparra confirmatoria);
- 30% upon delivery of the online gallery (final work, excluding printed material);
- The remaining balance upon delivery of the printed photographic material.
Image Usage
Selected meaningful and pleasant images of the couple and their ceremony may be used for public display (e.g., on the studio’s website, in contests, or other legitimate promotional uses).
Daniele Zanin agrees not to allow any use of the images that could harm the couple’s reputation or image in any way.
Right to Withdraw
The couple may cancel this agreement within 15 calendar days from the date of signature. In that case, the full booking fee will be refunded.
If cancellation occurs after the 15th day, the following conditions apply:
- More than 180 days before the wedding: 50% of the booking fee will be retained;
- Between 120 and 179 days before the wedding: the full booking fee will be retained;
- Between 30 and 119 days: 50% of the full agreed fee is due;
- Less than 30 days: 80% of the total agreed price is due.
Privacy and Data Handling
In accordance with GDPR Regulation no. 679/2016, the couple’s personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling this contract.
The data controller is Daniele Zanin, via Santa Maria 105a, Cittadella (PD), Italy.

By signing this agreement, the couple authorizes the processing of their personal data for all activities related to the preparation, execution, and archiving of the photographic service.
